Storage - Just in time storage

Storage rooms (I am thinking of my own at the office) are often impossible to manoeuvre in because of blocked aisles and hastily stored products. The products which have already been dilivered, end up at the back of the rooms and are forgotten or overlooked due to the crowded conditions. The more recently delivered products fill the room even more and the newly ordered products are stored behind the door. Things are not put away orderly and walking space soon becomes a problem. What is wrong here? Time and leisure are missing to do the  job properly. Toilet paper for example is reordered although there. The room is realy to burst.
This phenomena works in the same way with our food intake….fast….and the reaction of the body is to store the food which has been changed into fat in any available space (organs) even if it does not belong there: the liver, heart and other inner organs for example. The increased production of insulin readies the body for the next hunger attack, the disire for something sweet.
When we eat slowly, increased salivation occurs which sends a signal to the brain  in the head and brain in the bally. There is enough to store the food where is belongs and to receive the message „enough“ for example enough carbohydrates in the system. The body needs something sour.
The meal takes twice as long as usual. The feeling of being satiated follows the food intake around 20 minutes later which gives the body time to sort and store the broken down food in the right locations. The meal actually take 4 times as long as usual, but because we eat about half of what we usually eat we need only double the time. The dialogue between the pre-digested food in the mouth and the neuroendocrinium enables storage „just in time“ to happen.
Of course more time is needed to sort the ordered products when the work is done methodically and without haste. But the stored tends to the smaller because only what is needed in ordered. When storage chaos disappears, the atmosphere in the office tends to improve. If we transfer this phenomena to the human being we can assume that the organism works better when we eat without haste. Both scenarios save money, less breaks down or needs fixing in the storage room as well as the human organism.
There is one problem in all this. Our lunch break is too short! Only fast food is eaten. The advantage in eating slowly is that one is less tired and worn out after lunch. Work can continue effectively. The disire of something sweet as a snack in between disappears. The dialogue between storage and the process of storing (makes this possible).

I hope I could make myself understood and did not make the comparison too exaggegerated.
